Information you provide: email address, account credentials, messages, and clinical audio recordings submitted during simulations.
Automatically collected information: device hardware identifiers, OS version, session duration, and technical log data (IP, timestamps).

2. Use of information

We use your data to synchronize your simulation progress across devices, calibrate examiner AI difficulty, and provide personalized performance analytics. Audio data is used solely for the real-time speech-to-text engine required for mock examination logic.

3. AI processing & third parties

Your clinical responses are processed by secure enterprise-grade AI gateways via encrypted API channels. We do not permit these providers to use your clinical data for training their foundational models.

4. Data rights

You maintain ownership of your account history. You may request full deletion of your account and all associated simulation logs at any time by contacting us at the address below.
